Offers for schools, children and youth groups
Our art education staff offer school classes and groups an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Giovanni Segantini and the works on display in the museum. In consultation with our art educators, you can plan a guided tour for your class or group. Age-appropriate topics, scope and types of presentation, such as games or practical exercises, are available. Our art education program usually lasts one to two hours.
Registration for schools

Guided tours take place before or after opening hours (between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. / after 5:00 p.m.) and only by appointment. In exceptional cases, tours are also possible on Mondays and in May and November. Schools, children and youth groups with their own program or guided tour must also be booked in advance and are subject to a surcharge along with the admission fees.
Museum pack
A museum pack in German or Romansch contains information about Segantini and his work, ideas for drawing and designing, slides and video with suggestions for school use. A wealth of material for the preparation for or follow-up of a museum visit or as teaching aids are available to you free of charge.
The loan period is three weeks, but may be extended in agreement with the Segantini Museum. The pack must be returned personally or by registered mail.
