Venue hire

The faci­li­ties at the Segan­ti­ni Muse­um can be hired for events, such as com­pa­ny events, fami­ly cele­bra­ti­ons or wed­dings. As valu­able works by Gio­van­ni Segan­ti­ni are exhi­bi­ted in the muse­um, the fol­lowing terms and con­di­ti­ons apply:

Number of persons

max. 50 persons
of which max. 30 per­sons can be seated

Hire charge

• The basic all-inclu­si­ve rate is CHF 1,000 for up to 60 minutes
• Each addi­tio­nal hour cos­ts CHF 200
• Addi­tio­nal ser­vices are char­ged separately

Drinks receptions

Drinks recep­ti­ons may only be held in the foy­er. Food and bever­a­ges are pro­hi­bi­ted in the exhi­bi­ti­on rooms. Guests are not per­mit­ted to go bey­ond the bar­ri­ers in front of the pain­tings. In order to pro­tect the pain­tings, guests must com­ply with muse­um staff inst­ruc­tions. The muse­um is acces­si­ble to wheel­chair users.

Weddings

Win­ter sea­son ( Decem­ber 10th — April 20th):

Mon­day to Fri­day: from 9.00 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sum­mer sea­son( May 20th-Octo­ber 20th):

Mon­day to Fri­day: from 9.00 am to 11.00 am

During the peri­ods from April 21 to May 19, and Octo­ber 21 to Decem­ber 9, addi­tio­nal times are possible.
